# Dweise Seller Records sample pack

This is a **synthetic, non-personal demonstration pack** for the month ended 31 January 2026. It is not an export from a real seller, not a tax computation and not evidence that Dweise supports the live formats used by any marketplace.

The fictional seller, Northstar Vintage, is modelled as a UK sole trader using traditional accounting, not registered for VAT, with a mixed-use bank account. Those facts are assumptions for demonstrating the workflow and must be confirmed in a real engagement.

## Raw inputs

- `raw/ebay_transactions_synthetic.csv` — sales, refund, fees, promoted listings, labels and payout IDs.
- `raw/etsy_payment_account_synthetic.csv` — one EUR sale converted and settled in GBP, with Etsy fees and advertising.
- `raw/vinted_activity_synthetic.csv` — a trading sale, a personal disposal, a business stock purchase from platform balance and one withdrawal.
- `raw/bank_statement_synthetic.csv` — four marketplace deposits.
- `raw/stock_schedule_synthetic.csv` — opening stock, purchases, returned stock and closing stock.
- `raw/business_expenses_synthetic.csv` — off-platform costs and evidence references.

## Platform format atlas

The `platform_format_atlas/` directory contains small synthetic examples for Depop, Amazon, Shopify and TikTok Shop. These files demonstrate documented concepts and likely ingestion issues; they are not part of the Northstar Vintage reconciliation and must not be represented as verbatim marketplace exports.

## Accountant-ready outputs

- `output/normalised_marketplace_ledger.csv` — canonical marketplace lines with source lineage and seller classification.
- `output/payout_reconciliation.csv` — every bank deposit explained by business and personal components.
- `output/period_summary.csv` — sales, refunds and cost categories for the demonstration period.
- `output/stock_and_cogs_schedule.csv` — opening stock + purchases − closing stock = cost of goods sold.
- `output/exceptions_and_queries.csv` — unresolved questions, materiality and ownership.
- `output/evidence_register.csv` — supporting evidence and status.
- `output/approval_log.csv` — who confirmed classifications and when.
- `output/accounting_journal_preview.csv` — a **preview only** for accountant review, not a posting file.

The raw marketplace files are deliberately shaped around concepts documented by the platforms rather than copied from proprietary exports. Field names and formats can change. Live pilot files must be version-detected and tested before any accuracy claim is made.
